Tonkotsu Ramen Studio ("the Studio", "we", "us") is an independent game studio operated as a sole proprietor by Gwangjo Gong, located in the Republic of Korea. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers this website and its pages, and any direct correspondence you have with us.
We have not released any app yet. As of the effective date above, the Studio has published no mobile application, and no app of ours collects any information from anyone.
Before our first app becomes available for download, we will update this policy to describe exactly what that app collects, why, and who it is shared with. The updated policy will be published at this same address.
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising, and loads no third-party trackers or fonts. We do not build a profile of you, and we have no way to identify you from your visit.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel's servers automatically record technical request data — including your IP address and browser user-agent string — in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not control these logs, we do not receive them, and we cannot access them. Vercel's handling of that data is governed by the Vercel Privacy Policy.
If you write to us, we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to resolve the issue you raised.

Our email is handled by Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf as a service provider.
Our website host (Vercel) and our email provider (Google) operate servers outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, it is transferred for the purpose of hosting this site or delivering our email, and is limited to the data described in sections 3 and 4.
This website is not directed at children and is not designed to appeal to them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 14 (Republic of Korea) or under 13 (United States, and other jurisdictions applying that threshold). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@lucas-gong.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In the Republic of Korea you may report concerns to the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr, 국번없이 182). In the EU or UK you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
We keep the amount of personal information we hold to the minimum, which is the most effective protection available to a studio our size. Access to our email account is protected by a strong unique password and two-factor authentication.
If we change this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above. If we begin collecting materially more information than we do today — including when we release our first app — we will publish the revised policy before the change takes effect.
